Robot Cars of 2057 - Nissan's OneOne !

Going on the theory that robots will become a "helpful member of the family," the OneOne will not only drive you to the grocery store, but will also do the grocery shopping.

It's guided by GPS and moves with a skating motion similar to rollerblading. It can lie down for more speed or stand up for easier parking and storage.

Mercedes Benz !

The micro-metallic particles on the SilverFlow are arranged by manipulating magnetic fields. Like a space bag for your clothes, the car can essentially be shrunk for easy storage.

Mazda's Motonari !

"The entire structure of the vehicle is comprised of a 100 percent re-prototypable, carbon nano-tube/shape memory alloy weave with a photovoltaic coating. This enables programmable tensiometry and fluid movement while ensuring efficient energy transfer to the in-wheel electro-static nanomotors," according to Mazda.

Honda also introduced its car named "One to the power of four" in the Robot Concept cars for 2057. Uses combination of Artificial Intelligence and molecular engineering to transform it self into 4 different types of vehicle on the choice of its owner.

GM's Ant !

General Motors also presented its concept of Robot Cars for 2057, this car based on the concept of Ant because it considers ant "The Nature best commuter" because as far as team is concerned ants do well at coordinating traffic. Ant will use more enhanced version of current GM's OnStar communications system to create vehicle-to-vehicle communication for coordinating traffic patterns.

Audi Come up with the Virtuea Quattro, a hydrogen-powered and artificial intelligence with holographic exterior so that owners can customize it according to their needs.

RiN from Toyota !

The RiN from Toyota Motor is a miniature van concept. The Rin, based on the Yakusugi tree, has tinted green windows and is supposed to offer a "stress free" environment as your drive. The green door slides to the side granting access to both front and rear passengers.

A Concept Car from Nissan run on lithium-ion batteries. An amazing thing to note in the car is the cockpit can rotate 360 degrees it means the owner never need to use a reverse he/she can just rotate the cockpit and good to go in the opposite direction !

The Taiki (means flow) by Mazda is their fourth concept car designed for better aerodynamics, resulting in more downforce and zero lift on the car, according to Mazda.

Nissan Super-Car !

Nissan released its super car at 40th Tokyo Motor show 2007. The supercar has a 3.8-liter twin turbo V-6 engine capable of up to 480 horsepower. It can go from zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a maximum speed of about 193 mph.

FuelVapor Technologies has produced a car called 'ale' that can run on vapors rather than on liquid fuel. But it isn't only designed for fuel effeciency but also for performance and according to the company this can pick up speed from 0 to 60 mph in just 5 seconds !
